Shipping policy
Eshim ships from Los Angeles, CA. All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days upon receiving payment authorization, unless there is a stated shipping delay due to holidays or other circumstances. Customers will receive a shipment confirmation via email once the order has been processed. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number & shipping label to be updated after receiving the shipment confirmation email.
DOMESTIC ORDERS (USA):
- Orders will ship via Fedex (option available at checkout) with insurance coverage.
- Once the package has shipped, delivery typically takes place within 2-5 business days* depending on location.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

- Orders will ship via Fedex or DHL with insurance coverage.

TAXES & DUTIES
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Eshim, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Eshim. Delaying payment of fees will result in delivery being delayed. If the package is returned to Eshim due to fees not being paid, and a new shipping label is required to ship the package back, Eshim will send the customer a shipping invoice to cover the second outbound shipment cost.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once shipped, Eshim is no longer responsible for your package, although we will try our best to help where we can. For delivery questions or information, please contact your delivery courier directly.
